We were established in 1997 as a AMP-affiliated testing and training center. Our experienced, knowledgeable instructors can help you be your own boss and earn your own money.

These are the courses that we offer:

  • Basic Real Estate Transactions—To become a real estate agent. Price $260
  • Real Estate Brokers—To become a broker. Price: $400
  • Real Estate Agents and Brokers Continuing Education—Course required every 2 years to renew agent/broker license. Price: $80 for 12 hours
  • 1-Day Review for the AMP—Price: $75
  • Mortgage Basics 101—To become a loan officer. Price: $295
